Program
Build the week a coach actually runs, day by day. Athletes log from their phone; the session lands back in your builder before you've left the floor.

Measure everything · Assume nothing
First, we measure them. Force plates, sprint timing, GPS and criterion testing, on one athlete profile, not five spreadsheets.
Overlay values illustrative · not measured from these athletes
Published finding
of the variance in sprint performance is explained by gym-floor testing alone.
Position-specific isometric strength combined with reactive strength.

Build the week a coach actually runs, day by day. Athletes log from their phone; the session lands back in your builder before you've left the floor.
Force plates, sprint timing and GPS ingested nightly into one athlete profile. Every threshold traces to primary literature or is labelled an internal standard.
Track a comeback against the athlete's own baseline. Limb symmetry never travels without an absolute value beside it.
Evidence, not dashboards
Single-leg hop · markerless 2D pose · knee flexion, camera-side limb
Clearance too often rests on a symmetry percentage, and a symmetry percentage hides a bilateral deficit. We report the joint angle, the absolute value and the limb difference together, from ordinary single-camera video.
What the method cannot recover, it does not report. Pelvic tilt needs landmarks a single 2D camera cannot see, so we leave it out.
